Training Course

The Before project is thrilled to announce the release of the Training Course on Anti-Bullying in Sports. The online course on anti-bullying education for coaches includes three modules on understanding, preventing and responding to bullying. The course is free and available in:

  • English
  • German
  • Spanish
  • Swedish

Project Goals

The main deliverables of the project will be:

Research and Best Practice in dealing with bullying in sport.

A review of the current policies in place in each country of the partners.

Creation of a comprehensive, far-reaching, inter-disciplinary ‘Anti-Bullying Education for Sports Coaches’ training and education programme.

The project focuses on improving behaviours while fostering inclusion at the different levels of gender, special needs, migrants and minorities. The issue of preventing and tackling bullying intolerance within sport is one main objective, including peer to peer bullying, coach to athlete bullying and coach to coach bullying.
