Lisa Kalina is a graduate of the Department of International Sports Policy and Development. She is the founder of the women’s sports empowerment blog “Fan von DIR” and second chairwoman of the association Equaletics e.V. For her commitment, she was awarded the NRW Prize Girls & Women in Sport by the regional sport association of North Rhine-Westphalia in 2019.

After studying political science at the University of Hamburg, she completed a master degree of International Sport Development and Politics at the German Sport University Cologne. Her current work focuses on female empowerment in sport as well as sport pedagogical issues at the European Network of Sport Education (ENSE).
