Workshops will be presented by:
Helena Murphy is a Doctoral Researcher with the National Anti-Bullying Research and Resource Centre, DCU. Helena’s primary degree is in Education and Training from DCU and has delivered workshops and seminars to workplaces nationwide. Her own research focuses on how empathic relationships can counteract bullying behaviour through a change in orgnanisational cultures, and the promotion and cultivation of preventative anti-bullying strategies. Helena’s research also focuses on building individuals’ resilience to assist with tackling victimisation and the benefits of role-modelling empathic and caring behaviour in order to encourage prosocial values and an ethos of respect and dignity in the workplace.
