Colm graduated with a BSc in Science in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Limerick in 2018. Colm worked for Croke Park and Tipperary County Board for two years overseeing the development and implementation of education, promoting inclusion providing equal access to opportunities and resources for all. Colm resumed his studies in 2019 in Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick where in he received an MSc in Work and Organisational Behaviour Psychology in 2020.
Colm worked in Northern Trust as a Project Manager where he was responsible for reporting, monitoring, and governance of all projects throughout their life cycle. His focus was in Ireland and America in Change Management in the Project Management Office.
Colm is now the Education Project Coordinator for the FUSE Anti-Bullying and Online Safety Learning Programmes, based in DCU Anti-Bullying Centre. Colm is also the Principal Investigator for the Erasmus+ project called BeFore Anti-Bullying Education for Sports Coaches. His key interest are in improving behaviours, fostering inclusion as well as preventing, tackling bullying and intolerance.
