Niall Farrell

Biography

Niall is a Teacher Fellow in the School of Human Development at DCU and researcher on the FUSE team with DCU Anti-Bullying Centre. Prior to joining DCU, Niall worked for 5 years as a post-primary teacher. He has a B.Ed. in Home Economics and Biology from St. Angela’s College and an M.Ed. in Social Justice from Maynooth University. As part of his M.Ed. studies, Niall created LGBTI+ awareness workshops for post-primary teachers to upskill in as CPD. Niall is pursuing a PhD in the Anti-Bullying Centre on LGBTI+ inclusive practices and interventions in Irish post-primary schools.
